I’m not sure if I learn a lot from my kids, or if I learn a lot because I am a mom. The difference being how much credit I want to give my kids. I find it terribly difficult to be a parent. I have also observed how terribly difficult it is to be a kid.
That being said, motherhood is wonderful and chock full of proud moments. And there is no other time in one’s life more exciting and glorious than childhood. So for each and everyone of us on our rollercoasters, I’d just like to remind us that even rainbows have upside-down days.
